Why should I attend?
growth- we are all searching on ways to better ourselves and working on your wellness will improve your relationships and day-to-day personal experience by default. People learn best from their peers.
sisterhood- gain this experience alongside other Brown women just like you. Ladies that attend our retreats have gained lifelong friends they run into and see at our other events
fun- there is so much stress and worry in our lives. The most important piece of these retreats is having fun and laughter- no judgement.
rest- you do not need to earn it. You deserve it.

What is included?
This is a unique type of event- everything is included in the one price you pay with registration.
All boarding and food:
Besides our family-style cooking course, there will be amazing gourmet meals prepared for you, along with snacks and drinks available at your leisure throughout your entire stay. Adult beverages will be served. (Feel free to bring your personal stash if you’d like)

What should I bring?
An official packing list will be sent out as we get closer to the date, but you should pack whatever you would need for an overnight stay (clothes, toiletries, medication etc.) Pack pjs for girls night. Bring clothes you are most comfortable in. Pack tennis shoes for workouts and outside activities. Towels and sheets will be provided. You can bring your own if you’d feel more comfortable.

Is transportation included?
Great question. It depends on the retreat you choose to attend:
Navasota- Transportation is not included, but can be arranged.
Austin- transportation is provided.
